1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or booking any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Booking & Reservation Policy

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by Ride Luxury LLC. Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup locations, contact information, flight details (when applicable), and passenger information. Incorrect information may result in service delays or additional charges.

3. Payment Policy

Full payment or a valid payment authorization may be required before the scheduled service. We accept major credit and debit cards through secure payment processing. Any additional charges, including tolls, parking fees, waiting time, extra stops, or damage caused during the trip, may be charged after the service.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Reservations may be canceled according to our cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur cancellation fees. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Waiting Time

Complimentary waiting time may be provided for airport pickups and standard reservations as specified during booking. Additional waiting time beyond the complimentary period will be billed at the applicable hourly or per-minute rate.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must wear seat belts, comply with all local, state, and federal laws, and treat the vehicle respectfully. Smoking, illegal substances, excessive alcohol consumption, vandalism, or dangerous behavior are strictly prohibited. Ride Luxury LLC reserves the right to terminate service without refund if passenger behavior threatens safety or damages property.

7. Flight Monitoring & Delays

For airport pickups, we monitor commercial flight arrivals whenever accurate flight information is provided. We will make reasonable efforts to adjust pickup times for delayed flights. However, customers remain responsible for keeping us informed of itinerary changes whenever possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ride Luxury LLC is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, severe weather, accidents, airport operations, mechanical emergencies, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected reservation, except where prohibited by applicable law.

9. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, graphics, designs, and branding, is the property of Ride Luxury LLC unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect only the information necessary to process reservations, provide customer support, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations. Customer information is handled securely and is not sold to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for complete details.

11. Changes to Services & Terms

Ride Luxury LLC reserves the right to modify prices, services, policies, vehicle availability, and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State in which Ride Luxury LLC operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
